To ensure that our initial site visit and consultation with our Project Manager is informative and effective we will need to discuss your budget range or expectations. We are not trying to be rude nor are we trying to spend all your money, and we do not expect you to know how much renovations costs, we are simply trying to bring together your wish list and outlay and if need be, discuss alternatives that may work just as well, and in some cases save you some money.
Once you have received a few quotes you will be able to judge whether you are being quoted fairly for the work required.
Affordable alternative options are best discussed whilst the Project Manager is on the actual site as this will help visualize and explain the details.

By openly discussing the affordable options, we will all save some time, no point spending hours discussing a renovation that you cannot afford to build !
